Michael Morse has published poems or has poems forthcoming in many journals—including A Public Space, Agni, Bomb, The Canary, The Hat, The Iowa Review, Ploughshares, Spinning Jenny, The Literary Review, Tin House, The American Poetry Review, and Field—and in the anthologies Broken Land: Poems of Brooklyn (New York University Press, 2007) and Starting Today: 100 Poems for Obama's First 100 Days (University of Iowa Press, 2010). He teaches at The Ethical Culture Fieldston School, the Iowa Summer Writing Festival, and Gotham Writers' Workshop. He was a 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 fellow at The Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown and currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
