Ted Helberg
Ted Helberg serves as VP of Human Resources for Myllykoski North America. He also serves on the Executive Board of the corporation. Myllykoski is one of the world’s premier suppliers of coated and uncoated paper for the publishing industry. It has been a family owned corporation for over 115 years and currently has mills in the U. S., Germany, Finland, and Switzerland. In his role, Ted has responsibility for Labor/Employee Relations, Compensation/Benefits, Professional Development and Training, Organizational Effectiveness, Safety and Health, Employment, Community Relations, and Strategy Management. Prior to his paper industry experience, he worked for twenty years in the food industry in both production and HR, and he also holds an M.A. in English literature.
